FT TEENLIFT

Keep your Teens active with our FT TEENLIFT Program!

Each program is -

  • 6 Week commitment

  • 45 minute small group training sessions

  • Beginners and all levels are welcome

With this program, your Teens will -

  • Stay Active

  • Learn the fundamentals of weight training

  • Develop coordination, confidence, and build strength

  • Learn proper lifting form

  • Increase overall health and fitness

Schedule -

  • Co-ed available

  • Meet Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 315PM

FT POWERLIFT

POWERLIFT Program

Each program is -

  • 6 Week commitment

  • 45-60 minute small group training sessions

  • Beginners and all levels are welcome

With this program, you will -

  • Learn how to get more comfortable using a barbell

  • Learn the mechanics and methods necessary for improving your SQUAT, DEADLIFT, and BENCH PRESS

  • Develop coordination, confidence, and build strength

  • Learn proper lifting form and get more comfortable moving heavier weight properly

Schedule -

  • Meet Wednesdays @ 630PM and Sundays @ 10AM
