Keep your Teens active with our FT TEENLIFT Program!
Each program is -
6 Week commitment
45 minute small group training sessions
Beginners and all levels are welcome
With this program, your Teens will -
Stay Active
Learn the fundamentals of weight training
Develop coordination, confidence, and build strength
Learn proper lifting form
Increase overall health and fitness
Schedule -
Co-ed available
Meet Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 315PM
FT POWERLIFT
POWERLIFT Program
Each program is -
6 Week commitment
45-60 minute small group training sessions
Beginners and all levels are welcome
With this program, you will -
Learn how to get more comfortable using a barbell
Learn the mechanics and methods necessary for improving your SQUAT, DEADLIFT, and BENCH PRESS
Develop coordination, confidence, and build strength
Learn proper lifting form and get more comfortable moving heavier weight properly
Schedule -
Meet Wednesdays @ 630PM and Sundays @ 10AM
