BOOTCAMP

Strength and conditioning class that can range from stations, self challenges and even group workouts. We incorporate TRX, weights, kettlebells, battle ropes and so much more! Work your whole body in our 45 minute classes that are NEVER duplicated.  


KICKBOXING

Boxing or Kickboxing rounds with combinations on bags and a twist of strength and conditioning. Had a rough week? What better way to finish it off by smashing bags and working off that frustration!

 

HIIT

High Intensity Interval Training is one of my favorite workouts! HIIT is where one performs a short burst of max-intensity exercise followed by a brief low-intensity activity. Guaranteed to get you sweating and a great way to burn unwanted fat! Short on time? This class is 30 minutes and incorporates mostly body weight exercises and plyometrics.

 

BoxHIIT

Combination of high intensity interval training and boxing. Quick, effective, and FUN!

 

TREADCORE

High Intensity Interval Training focused on getting your heart rate up on the treadmill and incorporate intervals to strengthen your core!

 

GYM BOOTCAMP

Not sure how to use the gym equipment? This is the perfect class for you! Make use of our gym rotating through stations and learn how to use the equipment properly.

 

MMA BOOTCAMP

This is one of our toughest classes that is sure to get your heart rate up and burn burn burn calories! Take out your frustrations on the stand up bags with a mix of ground and pound on our dummy bags. Punch, Kick, Defend..TAKE DOWN those bags in this advanced class and crush 5 minute rounds!!


All levels are welcome!! We offer modifications through each class as well as advanced movements and challenges. We are a boutique studio and like to keep the classes smaller in order to cater to the needs of each member in class. Classes are never duplicated and we do not provide a typical gym. We provide a state of mind to build a balanced lifestyle and help you reach your goals. You are not just a number here, you are family and become an important member of our FortifyFam community!
