TREAD x LIFT


Get the best of both worlds in this high-energy hybrid class that combines treadmill intervals at your own pace with focused strength exercises on the floor. You’ll switch between cardio intervals on the treadmill and structured weight lighting blocks. This class is designed to build strength, improve endurance, and boost overall athletic performance.

You can expect a mix of themed classes..
ENDURANCE - longer intervals on the treads and higher reps on the floor
STRENGTH - mix of hill intervals on the treads and moderate reps on the floor
POWER - short bursts on the treads and low heavy reps on the floor

TREAD x LIFT is great for all fitness levels; whether you choose to walk, run, jog, lift light, or go heavy! We’ll hit total body in every class to maximize your workout leaving you feeling stronger, faster, and energized!

 

STRENGTH

Not sure how to use the gym equipment? This is the perfect class for you! Make use of our gym rotating through stations and learn how to use the equipment properly. This classes focuses on slowing down the movements and working your total body as well!

All levels are welcome. Beginner, advanced, etc - We offer modifications for every exercise and you are always encouraged to work at your pace.
