SWEAT45

SWEAT45 and SWEAT30 are total body strength and conditioning workouts. These classes consist of bodyweight, banded, and/or dumbbell exercises. Work your whole body in our 45 minute classes that are never duplicated.

 

STRENGTH45

Not sure how to use the gym equipment? This is the perfect class for you! Make use of our gym rotating through stations and learn how to use the equipment properly. This classes focuses on slowing down the movements and working your total body as well!

All levels are welcome. Beginner, advanced, etc - We offer modifications for every exercise and you are always encouraged to work at your pace.
